"Last month, with Kazakhstan Energy Minister Kanat Bozumbajev, we opened several issues during my first visit to Astana, which could concern the cooperation consolidation between our and Kazakh companies. I am glad that we could talk about particular projects with the Deputy Mr. Dzaksaliev. Therefore, participated in our meeting representatives of company Skoda Prague and company Zimatechnik, which represents in the CIS countries the Czech producer - company Hedviga", said Minister Havlicek.

The Hedviga model line for the production of electricity and heat with an environmentally friendly slow thermal decomposition of municipal waste that can be seen in the Czech pavilion has attracted experts so much that the Kazakhstan side has selected it together with an electric-powered bus from company Skoda Electric among the projects they want to cooperate with.

"Directy two Czech exhibits got among a few projects from the whole EXPO that the Kazakhstan side wants to further develop. This is, of course, gratifying and I am glad that our engagement at EXPO is not only very positively assessed, but it also brings concrete results to Czech companies, "added Minister Havlicek.

There is also a possibility of Czech companies taking part in conception and realization of ecologization and modernization of Kazakhstan coal power plants. However, the debate between Jiri Havlicek and the deputy Dzaksaliev did not only concern energy.
