Hedviga Expo2017
Date:
On Thursday 23rd Feb 2017 a presentation of the technological plant PTR 1000 was held in London – Rainham (UK), for rubber processing, production of fuels, electricity and heat, which Hedviga Group built last year in the London low emission zone – The Low Emission Zone.
The presentation was also attended by the Governor of the Zlin Region Jiří Čunek and the Director of Technical Services of Vsetin Ing. Jan Štěpaník.
During the presentation, guests had the opportunity to see rubber processing to make fuels, including the production of electricity and heat using a dual cogeneration unit CHP Voptra.
The topics most discussed during the presentation were the material and energy transformation of municipal waste into fuels, electricity and heat, as well as smart energy systems utilizing the produced heat from the PTR technology and cogeneration system. They were also discussed differences in legislation in the Czech Republic and the British Isles concerning waste processing (raw materials) to fuels and energy.
We thank Mr. Governor and his colleagues for the opportunity to introduce them a purely Czech technological solution.
